World’s first International Peace Park is located at the Border crossing of Waterton and Glacier National Park known as Waterton glacier International Peace Park. The very famous and touching ceremony of “Hands across the Border” can be attended by anyone travelling to Waterton National Park; with the only condition that you have pre-booked a seat for the ceremony.

Waterton National Park shares the border with United States forming six ports of entry:

1.    Aden, Alberta/Whitlash, Montana
2.    Carway, Alberta/Peigan, Montana
3.    Del Bonita, Alberta/Del Bonita, Montanna
4.    Wild Horse, Alberta/Wild Horse, Montana
5.    Coutts, Alberta/Sweetgrass, Montana  (open all year, daily 24 hour service)

A stroll in the flower-lined streets, picnic on the shorelines, fine dining among the great mountains, shopping in the village boutiques and living in the rooms with lake view and fireplace, all this and much more can be enjoyed by anyone an everyone in any waterton season.
